We don't yet agree on how it's pronounced, but we're clear about one thing: açai is the good stuff. It looks like the twin sister of the blueberry, but with one difference: it has a large pit in the centre. Thanks to its super-food properties, the açai bowl has even found its way into Hollywood circles; stars like Kylie Jenner eat them for breakfast every day. We use açai purée from Brazil for our smoothie bowl. #justsayin
